About the role

As a Talent Manager at Wabra you will become a key person in our growth journey. You will work both to attract and recruit the right candidates as well as to develop customer relationships and drive sales processes. Your focus will primarily be on recruitment within finance, HR, and Business Administration solutions, where you match the right skills with the right assignments.

We are looking for someone who is motivated by performance, enjoys taking on challenges, and is passionate about finding creative solutions to our clients' needs.

Your responsibilities

• Drive the entire recruitment process from needs analysis to hiring

• Build, nurture, and develop customer relationships

• Be an active part of the sales process and contribute to business development and new customer acquisition

• Work purposefully with both candidates and clients

• Create innovative solutions for clients' staffing needs

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in recruitment and/or staffing

• Is familiar with working in the sales process, preferably within the staffing industry

• Is solution-oriented, self-driven, and thrives in a results-driven environment

• Has good communication skills and enjoys building relationships

• Is motivated by performance and developing new ways of working
