We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist for an exciting assignment with an international company in Stockholm. The role is perfect for you who want to work closely with global HR and payroll processes and contribute your expertise to ensure accurate and compliant payroll management in several EMEA countries.

You will be a key person in the collaboration between HR, finance, and external payroll providers. Your responsibility will be to review and ensure the quality of the entire payroll process, support audits and benefits administration, and act as an advisor to internal stakeholders on EMEA payroll matters.

Your main responsibilities:

• Review and approve payroll data from external providers

• Administer benefits in accordance with local and internal guidelines

• Support during audits and ensure that documentation is up to date

• Provide expert support on tax, deductions, and reporting requirements

• Collaborate with global teams to improve processes

• Several years of experience in payroll management and benefits administration within EMEA

• Background from international companies

• Good knowledge of payroll compliance and auditing

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Available to work on-site in Stockholm

• Start: As soon as possible

• Duration: Long-term assignment (>12 months)

• Location: Stockholm
