Business Controller – Västerås

We are now looking for an experienced Business Controller for one of our clients in Västerås. The assignment is full-time and involves an exciting responsibility where you will become a central business partner to the management and a key person in the financial governance of the business.

About the role

• Be a business partner to the responsible business manager and support decision-making.
• Lead local controlling teams and optimize financial performance within the assigned unit.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to evaluate options and recommend the best solutions.
• Contribute to strategic work and ensure the implementation of business strategy in the area.
• Maintain close contact with other managers and controllers regarding financial status, market conditions, and customer perspectives.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or equivalent.
• Experience from roles in Business Controlling, preferably in an international environment.
• Experience in project controlling and SAP is an advantage.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, fluent in English both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus).
• A team player who is appreciated for their ability to collaborate and contribute to business partnerships.
