We are looking for a food lover and service-oriented individual who is passionate about customer interaction. You will play an important role on the shop floor where you answer questions, provide tips & advice, and ensure that everything is fresh, stocked, and fronted. The grocery department is one of the largest departments in the store, and it requires someone who is quick on their feet and attentive to both customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

-Restock items-Fronting-Responsible for receiving deliveries-Ensure that the department is fresh, tidy, attractive, and inviting to customers

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with previous retail experience and good knowledge of customer service. It is a plus if you have previously worked at ICA and with restocking.

You are a team player who is driven to prioritize tasks in the department. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills as you will work daily with other departments and juggle multiple tasks.
