About the Role  Do you want to help shape the future job market for junior engineers and tech-savvy talents? Do you have a background in economics, IT, human resources/HR, sales, or similar, and a passion for recruitment and strategic talent acquisition? Then the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Xamera is for you! 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be an important part of our team in Stockholm and responsible for strategically managing the flow of candidates and supporting the business through proactive recruitment. You will work closely with our Recruitment Business Managers and ensure that we have a qualitative selection of candidates ready for exciting assignments. Your role is crucial in creating a positive candidate experience and strengthening Xamera's brand through employer branding activities and engagement-driven initiatives. 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Proactively work to attract and identify candidates that match client needs.
  • Conduct interviews and conversations to create a careful and qualitative candidate pool while ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
  • Drive and coordinate activities related to recruitment, talent acquisition, and internal projects.
  • Plan and execute activities that strengthen Xamera's brand and increase engagement among candidates and stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a relevant education.
  • Has an interest in recruitment and wants to develop within talent acquisition and strategic candidate flow.
  • Is structured and analytical with the ability to think strategically and long-term.
  • Has a natural ability to build trust and good relationships with candidates and colleagues.
  • Wants to become a specialist in the field and contribute to developing Xamera's recruitment strategies.
  • Is proactive and thrives in a role where you can influence, plan, and lead projects.
