We are looking for an engaged and curious junior People & Culture Business Partner for a consulting assignment in Gothenburg. The assignment is 50% remote, starting as soon as possible and ending on March 20, 2026 – with the possibility of direct employment with the employer after the assignment ends.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact person and advisor for leaders on people-related issues
  • Provide support in workforce planning, talent development, engagement, and change management
  • Participate in management forums to proactively address people-related needs
  • Support in performance management processes and contribute to their development
  • Identify and develop talent and support succession planning
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging work environment
  • Contribute to organizational development and change initiatives, including communication and action plans
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and internal policies
  • Participate in union negotiations when mandated
  • Assist in specific people processes and projects

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or similar 
  2. 0–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in internship or coordinator/administrative roles
