Do you want to work in direct social work by supporting individuals with disabilities in their development? We are now looking for substitute workers for Hammarby Day Activity Center. We offer training and benefits. 

About Hammarby Day Activity Center Hammarby Day Activity Center offers meaningful work tasks for individuals with disabilities, tailored to the individual's needs and circumstances. Security is created through fixed groups and personalized activities. The facility has 48 full-time places with the possibility of external internships. The target group is adults within the first circle of support. An engaged team of about 17 people, including occupational therapists, business developers, and craft educators, is part of the operation run by Nytida on behalf of the City of Stockholm.

Hammarby Day Activity Center is located in Södermalm, between Vitabergsparken and northern Hammarbyhamnen, with good transport links via bus, ferry, and subway (the nearest station is Skanstull, about a 15-minute walk).

Your experience and knowledge You have a high school education in healthcare and social care, for example as a nursing assistant. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience in documentation. You have a positive outlook and a strong commitment to people, are responsible, and have personal maturity. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, always keeping our employees' best interests in mind in everything you do.
