All preschools in the municipality have five professional development days per year. All employees with a permanent position or a longer temporary position have access to their own digital tool.

Welcome to us at Forserums Östra preschool, which consists of three departments. With us, as a childcare worker, you will promote equal value for all in a joyful learning environment that is the preschool's vision.

We are now looking for you who want to lay the foundation for children's lifelong learning and self-confidence. You work closely with the child group and see the children's needs and stimulation for their learning through play. In your role as a childcare worker, you work together with your colleagues and share a common responsibility for the entire education to promote children's development and learning, in accordance with the preschool curriculum and other governing documents.

You contribute to the preschool's teaching mission and are responsible for care tasks where you provide all children with the conditions to experience a preschool that is fun, safe, and educational.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained childcare worker. If you have experience working as a childcare worker, it is an advantage. You contribute to a positive work climate, have excellent collaboration skills, and a strong commitment to your work. You take responsibility and have a good ability to create good relationships with both children and colleagues as well as guardians.
