About the Position

Are you a service star looking to combine your studies or other commitments with a social and rewarding job? Then we have a fun and developing position for you!

We staff both corporate receptions and modern co-working spaces in Gothenburg and surrounding areas. The role is suitable for you who have experience in service and reception, are unpretentious, and have good administrative skills. With us, you will have the chance to grow and develop – and you also have the opportunity to influence your schedule based on your everyday life. However, our reception assignments are always scheduled during daytime.

As a receptionist and conference host, you will be the face of the company and an important part of creating a welcoming environment. Your tasks may include:

• Welcoming and receiving members, clients, and colleagues
• Managing conferences, meetings, and breakfast
• Handling bookings, orders, and supplier contacts
• Managing mail, deliveries, and invoices
• Working administratively in business and booking systems
• Distributing access cards and arranging key fobs for new employees and visitors
• Ensuring that conference rooms, office spaces, and refreshments always meet high standards
• Being a “mood manager” and contributing to a pleasant atmosphere for both visitors and employees

The most important aspect of the role is that the reception always feels professional, welcoming, and pleasant!

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about service and enjoys delivering quality
• Is social, outgoing, and has an easy time connecting with people
• Has a positive attitude, is humble, flexible, and unpretentious – a true role model
• Enjoys working in a team and wants to develop continuously
• Has another main commitment, such as studies or another job
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
