About the Position

We are assisting a Swedish publicly listed real estate company that owns, manages, and develops commercial properties in finding their next Technical Manager. They have a property portfolio of over 1.5 million square meters, including production, warehouses, logistics, offices, shops, and community properties such as centers.

As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for the technical management of the company's premium properties in central Stockholm and Solna. You will oversee operations and maintenance, energy usage, and technical development of properties. With a focus on sustainability and digitalization, you will ensure a high standard and improved operating net. The goal is to create profitability by leading and developing the properties towards both short- and long-term objectives.

Your Future Responsibilities You will assist the responsible manager and work closely with other functions within the organization. Your work will include, among other things:

• Technical and operational management with a focus on energy consumption and operational follow-up.
• Project management and procurement of tenant adaptations, energy efficiency improvements, and other projects.
• Planning and implementation of maintenance measures and establishment of maintenance plans.
• Ensuring compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Supervision of in-house operational technicians.

We are looking for someone who is technically interested and engaged, with a down-to-earth attitude and strong business acumen. You have high social competence, enjoy building relationships, and are driven by creating value for customers. To succeed in this role, you need:

We prioritize candidates with several years of experience in technical property management as well as project management, procurement, and execution of various projects. You are currently working as a Technical Manager, property engineer, or similar. We consider it an advantage if you have a relevant university degree or other post-secondary education.
