About the role

As a Technical Project Leader, you will be involved in developing tomorrow's measuring instruments. You will take broad overall responsibility and drive projects, both new development and product maintenance, from product specification to production. A product development project with us often involves both hardware and software development, and most of the company's functions, such as product management, purchasing, production, and service, are included in the project team, all working under the same roof here in Danderyd.

Megger works with Developing Leadership for managers as well as project leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating, and engaging cross-functional project teams to achieve the best possible results
• Planning, resourcing, driving, and following up on projects to ensure they are completed with the right quality, on time, and within budget
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the project can be delivered according to set goals and that the product meets customer expectations
• Communicating with subcontractors during the prototype phase, together with purchasing
• Contributing to the Engineering management team alongside group leaders and architects, and reporting monthly to Megger Sweden's management.

Your Profile

To succeed in the role of Technical Project Leader, you are a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree engineer with experience in both software development and electronic development for embedded systems. We believe you have several years of experience in project management and have successfully led a number of projects in the technology field from idea to launch. A project with us, whether in new development or maintenance of existing products, often involves many different disciplines. In software, we work with front-end, back-end, and embedded programming. Mechanics and electronics are obvious parts of the hardware.

We are looking for someone who wants to lead and make an impact. You are technically interested, communicative, enjoy solving problems, get things done, and share our passion for presenting new products to our customers. Previous experience in electrical power is a plus. You are responsible and enjoy leading people, both individually and in groups, contributing to workplace joy and helping the team achieve its goals.
