About the position
Your tasks include leasing various types of premises to SLSO, such as premises for psychiatry and habilitation. This is done from private property owners as well as from Locum. This means you will have many contacts with property owners, managers, project leaders, and technical specialists throughout the region.
You will also be responsible for lease negotiations, drafting lease contracts, and monitoring previously leased properties. You will keep an eye on terminations, implementations, and rental tribunal issues, representing SLSO's operations in rental and property matters.
As a lease negotiator with us, you will also participate in the projects and renovations you are responsible for. Furthermore, you will drive compensation negotiations and environmental issues and monitor regulatory requirements regarding, for example, fire safety and accessibility requirements.
The work is varied and comes with great responsibility where you will be responsible for a geographical area or a discipline within healthcare. You will contribute to the development of the work area and participate in development projects. The work involves close cooperation with our operational managers and other employees within SLSO.
You will be part of a team that currently consists of a total of nine employees; five lease negotiators, one project manager, one local strategist, and one employee who manages our property register and other administration. You report to the head of the property unit.
Our offer
At SLSO, you will have good opportunities to develop in your profession. As an employee, you will have access to benefits such as free healthcare, wellness compensation, and flexible working hours. You can find more benefits via the link below.
