In our department, specialists work in areas such as project management, consulting, BIM, GIS, FME, and data engineering. Together, we drive the digitalization of the construction industry forward.

About the position As a Data Engineer with us, you will be part of a competent team focused on creating digital solutions that make a real difference – primarily within transport and infrastructure projects. You will work with development on Microsoft's platform, with a particular focus on Azure, data warehousing, and analytics.

We are looking for someone with a structured working method, a strong interest in innovation and efficiency, and a desire to work closely with our clients in a consulting role. Since we profile ourselves with knowledge in both development and the construction industry, we would like you to have knowledge in both areas as well.

As a person, you enjoy working in a structured way with a focus on innovation and efficiency of internal processes. We see that you have a strong interest in business development and actively working closely with our clients as a consultant.

Your profile To succeed in this role, you need to have worked for a few years in the field on a consulting basis within construction and have a background in GIS. You are likely currently working in a similar position and are ready for a new challenge.

Mandatory:

  • At least 5 years of experience in data engineering and/or analytics.

  • University degree in GIS, construction, civil engineering, or equivalent.

  • Experience in programming in Python.

  • Good knowledge of SQL and SQL Server.

  • Experience in ETL development and data modeling.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Swedish citizenship

Desirable:

  • Experience working in an Azure environment.

  • Experience developing BI solutions.

  • Knowledge of Python libraries such as pandas, numpy, requests, and scikit-learn.

  • Experience with integration tools like dbt and FME.

  • Experience in machine learning and AI.
