We are now looking for a meticulous and structured Logistics Coordinator for a project focused on collecting and ensuring the quality of packaging information for an EMV assortment.

In this role, you will work in a new system where you collect detailed information about all components of packaging, communicate with suppliers, and ensure that submitted data is correct and complete according to applicable requirements.

• Collect and register packaging information in the new system support

• Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers to ensure correct and complete reporting

• Review, validate, and ensure the quality of incoming data

• Ensure that the information complies with applicable packaging legislation

• Follow up on deviations and supplements

• Document and approve completed information

• Good knowledge of materials, primarily plastics

• Good understanding of packaging legislation

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Ability to work accurately and structured with high attention to detail

• Experience working with packaging data or product information

• Experience with supplier contacts

• Experience working in business or system support for product data

• Structured and quality-conscious

• Clear and professional in your communication

• Independent and responsible

• Enjoy working with both administrative and coordinating elements

• Scope: Full-time

• Location: Stockholm (on-site work)

• Assignment period: March 16, 2026 – September 25, 2026

• This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by us and hired out to the client.
