As a project manager, you will drive larger system-related deliveries through the entire project chain – from requirements and design work to integration, testing, and final acceptance. The projects are often long-term and consist of several parallel deliveries, with both internal teams and external suppliers.

• Drive requirements definition, planning, and follow-up through the project's phases (incl. PDR/CDR)

• Ensure scope, milestones, timelines, and deliveries for subsystems and integration

• Lead and follow up internal teams and external suppliers while creating clarity in interfaces and dependencies

• Actively work with baseline, change management, and documentation to reduce risk and rework

• Follow up on testing and verification at various stages in both simulated and real environments

• Manage deviations, risks, and action plans, and drive decisions in the right forums

Team size and collaboration area vary with the scope of the assignment. In some parts, you will work closely with a smaller core team, while other parts require coordination with multiple functions and delivery partners.

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for the whole, creates structure, and drives progress in technically complex deliveries where multiple parties need to be kept together over time. You work methodically, follow up in depth, and ensure that decisions, changes, and deliveries are coherent throughout the project's various phases.

• Experience in driving complex technical projects from planning to delivery

• Good understanding of software deliveries and how development is followed up (timeline, priorities, and bug management)

• Experience in following up testing and verification in deliveries with multiple technical interfaces

• Understanding of hardware-related parts in projects, such as progress tracking, baseline, and change management

• Swedish and English in spoken and written form

As a person, you work in a structured manner and communicate clearly. You enjoy following up in depth, constructively challenging, and driving issues forward even when there are many dependencies and stakeholders.

The position is security classified and requires you to be approved in a security review. In connection with this, there may be requirements for certain citizenship.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Extent: Full-time, permanent
