Do you want to help ensure quality in Life Science alongside the sharpest minds in the industry? Then this is where you should be. With us, you will find assignments that require curiosity, solution-driven thinking, and sharp skills, giving you the chance to develop in new contexts. Together, we contribute to a better tomorrow and shape future solutions that make a difference for people and society.

This will be your role

As a project manager with us, you will lead assignments within Life Science – an industry where precision, structure, and quality are crucial. You will ensure that the right processes, systems, and environments are in place, focusing on high standards, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Examples of projects we can support include renovations and relocations of laboratories, clean rooms, or other specially adapted GxP-classified facilities, implementation of new IT systems and equipment, tech transfer, as well as qualification and validation of facilities, equipment, and processes within regulated environments. This is a shared role where your specialist background enables you to deliver operationally in projects as well as lead them.

The role involves that you:

  • Lead, coordinate, and structure projects in collaboration with various functions

  • Are responsible for the project's budget, timeline, and deliverables

  • Create understanding and consensus between technology, operations, and customers through clear communication

  • Identify and manage stakeholders, risks, and dependencies

  • Motivate and engage the project team to achieve common goals

We have offices in several locations in Sweden. This position is based at our office in Kista, and the projects extend across the entire Mälardalen region.

This is how you will shine

With us, you will be part of a competent and dedicated team that drives projects with security, collaboration, and responsibility as a foundation. We offer a work environment characterized by flexibility, balance, and community – and you will belong to a knowledge-driven company with a strong culture and societal benefit in focus. Through a personal development plan, we support both your professional and personal growth.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

  • Relevant higher education, for example in chemical engineering, medical technology, biotechnology, or similar

  • Experience in QA/RA or Validation

  • At least two years of experience in project management or coordination in a regulated environment, where you have worked with budget, timeline, and resource management

  • Broad knowledge and a documented ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new areas

  • A communicative and relationship-building personality with the ability to engage and create trust at various levels in an organization

  • Excellent skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

It is advantageous if you also have:

  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards within Life Science, such as GMP, GDP, GCP, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 15189, FDA, etc.

  • Experience with projects involving computerized systems or supply chain

  • Previous experience from a consulting role or working in project-based environments
