Job Description

As a Supply Planner, you’ll play a key role in securing an optimized order flow and balanced stock levels for our non-commercial goods. You’ll work across teams and borders to ensure operational excellence through proactive planning, smart analysis, and seamless collaboration.

What you'll do

  • Ensure smooth order flow and stock balance for NCG across our global network.
  • Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement in supply planning.
  • Analyse replenishment needs, forecast demand, and manage MRP calculations.
  • Plan product requirements and place orders based on demand signals from DCs, brands, and stores.
  • Forecast accurately and ensure timely deliveries from suppliers.
  • Act as the go-to expert for planning, supporting both DCs and suppliers.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and manage communication around deviations.
  • Provide insights on stock levels, lead times, and capacity to Buyers and Category Buyers.
  • Contribute to monthly planning meetings and supplier performance reviews.
  • Align with local markets on packaging product goals and priorities.
  • Help define system requirements and drive smarter ways of working.

Who you'll work with

In this role, collaboration is key. You’ll work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless supply planning and execution. Expect to connect regularly with:

  • Warehouses – aligning stock levels, delivery schedules, and operational needs.
  • Suppliers – to secure accurate forecasts, optimize packing solutions, secure timely deliveries, and resolve supply-related issues.
  • Buyers and Category Buyers – providing insights into stock levels, lead times, and capacity planning.
  • Local Markets – to support packaging product goals and ensure alignment on business priorities.
  • Forwarders- Secure deliveries on time, support efficient processes towards suppliers and regions.

Who you are

You’re a planner at heart—analytical, detail-oriented, and always thinking a few steps ahead. You will have a big part in creating, implementing, and driving our supply process. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and know how to turn data into action.

We are looking for people with...

  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with replenishment and capacity management.
  • Experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally in an operational buyer role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A knack for analysis and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Fluent in English and confident working across teams and cultures.
