Elektro Emanuel has a unique breadth and performs all types of electrical installations. For 90 years, we have worked with electrical installations. Over these years, we have evolved from a pure installation company to specialists in many areas. This includes complex power installations for industry and automation in the water and wastewater sector, as well as solar panel installations and electric vehicle charging for businesses and private individuals. Today, we have around 90 employees. We strive for a good work environment and actively contribute to a healthy lifestyle. Elektro Emanuel is located in Varberg, Kungsbacka, Skene, and Veddige, where we have our headquarters.
About the position
As a Project Administrator, you will be the project manager's right hand and will work closely with production, finance, and KMA follow-up. It is a broad and varied role where you act as the spider in the web for dedicated projects. You will work both in the office located in Veddige and on-site in the projects.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Working with project finances; project accounting and payment plans
- Monitoring additional and change work (additions)
- Preparing and compiling customer/project-specific documentation
- Working with occupational health and safety; plans, work preparations, safety rounds, protocols
- Working with environmental issues; plans, environmental product declarations (EPDs)
- Establishing project timelines and staffing plans
- Managing ID06, personnel registers
- Maintaining good collaboration with customers and all parties in the process
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a strong drive in their work who thrives in environments with varied tasks. You have the ability to build relationships both externally and internally. You work in a structured manner and can adapt your working methods based on the project's needs, and you are a person who ensures that tasks are completed.
In addition, we also see that you have the following:
- Previous experience in administrative/coordinating roles with financial responsibility, preferably within project-oriented businesses such as the construction industry.
- Your communication skills are good, both verbally and in writing.
- An interest in digital tools and you are fully proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- B driver's license and you are willing to travel.
