About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting for 5 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at PreZero Recycling. There is a possibility for extension of the assignment.

Together with their customers, they contribute to the circular economy and a more sustainable future. They offer efficient waste and recycling solutions with a focus on customer needs and long-term sustainability. They collect and manage residual materials from customers' operations through recycling and/or energy recovery.

In their daily operations, customer benefit equals environmental benefit. In Sweden, they operate at approximately 60 locations, have over 1,100 employees, more than 50 recycling and receiving facilities, and manage waste in about 40 Swedish municipalities. Their operations create value not only for the customers they provide recycling services to but also for the manufacturing industry and energy sector by refining waste into valuable raw materials for new production.

Job responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving calls from customers and registering orders for both container and bin collections. You will be the first point of contact for customers at PreZero, so a friendly demeanor and good service are important.

Your main tasks will include:

• Answering phone calls and assisting customers with their inquiries.
• Receiving and entering orders into a new system.

Additionally, you may also assist with other administrative tasks. The job responsibilities may evolve over time depending on the needs.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience in customer service
• Good computer and system skills
• Driving license B is an advantage
• Knowledge/experience in waste management is an advantage

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can take initiative, and thrive in a role where the days can vary.
