As a Business Analyst at Nordic Pill, you will be a key person in our growth journey. You will independently drive analysis work within our prioritized business areas and help solve some of the most complex challenges in the Nordic pharmaceutical market. The role is not just about generating insights; you are responsible for ensuring they are translated into concrete actions that make a difference in our operations.

You will own our commercial analysis and work broadly on issues such as pricing, procurement, forecasts, margin analyses, and partner/royalty reporting. By ensuring high data quality, building scalable models, and developing user-friendly dashboards, you create decision-making support that is continuously used by management.

A central part of the role is leading our Nordic portfolio analysis. You will analyze the potential for various medicines. Using data and clear calculations, you will provide recommendations and thereby directly contribute to shaping Nordic Pill's future pharmaceutical portfolio.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving our commercial analysis and shaping the future pharmaceutical portfolio across the Nordics. You will work on everything from strategic decisions to operational analysis and reporting.

You will, among other things:

• Build business calculations for medicines and launches, including investment assessments, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses.
• Develop pricing strategies and guidelines per product and channel, as well as analyze procurements.
• Be responsible for demand planning and forecasts per product and country, with follow-up on accuracy.
• Create reports for management and partners, as well as develop and maintain dashboards and data models.
• Conduct Nordic market and portfolio analyses, market size, price levels, competitive landscape, entry barriers.
• Prepare profitability analyses for medicines, from market potential and cost/revenue analyses to break-even and return.
• Prepare decision-making support, from detailed calculations to one-page summaries for management.

Must-Haves

• Academic education as a business economist, civil engineer, or similar
• Strong analytical ability and can translate data into actions
• 2-4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within highly regulated industries such as finance, life sciences, energy, or telecom.
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Power BI or other BI tools
• Ability to build financial models
• Structure and precision in KPI definitions, documentation, and data quality.
• Documented experience in calculating GTN bridges, COGS breakdown, and margin trees.
• Practical experience in analyzing different markets and translating insights into concrete actions

Meritorious

• Python/R for analysis, Pandas/NumPy, and basic forecasting methods
• ERP/CRM experience
• Experience with scoring/prioritization frameworks for portfolios and pipeline selection

• Previous work in Nordic or international projects, with an understanding of market differences between countries.

Practical Location: Gothenburg Scope: Full-time, permanent with an initial probation period of 6 months. Language: Fluent Swedish and English. Start: As agreed.
