We are now looking for a meticulous and responsible case handler to join our collection team in Gothenburg. Do you enjoy working in a structured manner with many points of contact? Then this could be the role for you! You will be part of a small and supportive team that together is responsible for managing our clients' claims. About the role As a Collection Case Handler with us, you will work to manage our customers' claims in the best possible way. Your tasks will be varied, and you will have significant responsibility for your cases throughout the entire process, from start to finish. Daily tasks include, among others;

  • Daily contact with customers and debtors via customer portal, email, chat, and phone
  • Establishing payment plans
  • Applying for payment orders and evictions
  • Some legal work
  • Contact with authorities
  • Receiving and responding to disputes
  • Assessing credit checks

Who are you? We are looking for someone who thrives in an operational role, is administratively inclined, and meticulous in their work. For this role, it is important that you can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish, although good knowledge of English is also desirable, as you will have many different points of contact. We prefer that you have experience working with collections in a previous role. Furthermore, we see that you are responsible and have a good ability to prioritize and structure your work efficiently. The ability to handle a sometimes high pace is also important, as the workload can vary over time. Since you work with people, it is essential that you are humble and attentive. The ability to understand the debtor's situation is crucial for you to manage the case in the best way.
