About SpeakCharlie SpeakCharlie AB was founded in 2014 and offers language education and intercultural business training for both large and small companies. Currently, we assist hundreds of businesses with tailor-made courses in Swedish, English, Mandarin, French, and intercultural communication. Our English courses are becoming increasingly popular, leading to a growing demand. Therefore, we are now seeking an English Coach with an HR background to meet these rising needs.

About the role As an English Coach at SpeakCharlie, you’ll guide professionals to develop their Business English skills with a special focus on HR communication and terminology. You’ll design engaging, customised learning experiences that help participants gain confidence in areas such as recruitment, performance reviews, and workplace communication. Your contract will be on an as-needed basis, with an estimated commitment of around two lessons per week. Courses may begin as early as December.

What does a typical class look like? Our courses are held either at our clients’ offices in Stockholm or online. A typical course includes one or two 90-minute sessions per week, though this can vary depending on participants’ needs.

Requirements

• Native English speaker.
• Professional experience in HR (e.g. recruitment, HR management, talent development).
• Pedagogical experience (e.g. teaching, tutoring, or coaching).
