Innovitaskolan consists of 26 preschools and elementary schools created for the needs of the future. We combine traditional teaching with modern tools and methods to provide our children and students with the skills and right conditions in a changing world. Innovitaskolan schools are located all over Sweden, from Kalix in the north to Landskrona in the south. Innovitaskolan is part of AcadeMedia's elementary schools.

Your Mission

Together with our curious and innovative teachers, educators, and staff, we at Innovitaskolan want to make a difference for our children and students, for every future. We are now offering a 100% temporary position for you who are a certified teacher in English for grades 7-9. The position is a 1-year temporary position as an English teacher for grades 7-9. The position starts by agreement.

Your Profile

Primarily, we are looking for you who are a certified teacher for grades 7-9 in English. At our school, we have high ambitions for our children's learning and development, and our work is characterized by high engagement. Therefore, we are looking for someone with a strong personal commitment to learning and who is driven to explore new methods and techniques in teaching through collegial collaboration. As a teacher, you are attentive and want to guide students into the future. You are also creative, open, structured, and a clear leader in the classroom.

Your Mission

We want you to be a clear leader and to have the student's achievement in focus. You are passionate about meeting students in their individual development based on their experiences, prior knowledge, and abilities. Collaboration skills and independence are two additional important qualities, and of course, you enjoy working in a team with great opportunities and fantastic students. Of course, you have a twinkle in your eye!

For you, learning is central, and you use formative assessment as a natural tool, as well as leading and organizing the work to create a safe environment. You have a genuine interest in our students and take great responsibility in your profession. We desire long-term commitment and value experience, creativity, and strong engagement. You see collegial learning as a natural starting point in your entire working method.
