About the role as Damage Assessor/Customer Receptionist at Werksta Linköping – Customer Service & Claims Management

In the role of Damage Assessor and Customer Receptionist, you will be a key person for our customers' first contact with the workshop. You will be responsible for receiving customers and assessing and documenting damage to vehicles prior to repair. The position involves a lot of contact with customers, insurance companies, and colleagues. Here you will have the opportunity to develop in a service-oriented and technically advanced environment where your accuracy and positive attitude enhance the quality of our entire operation.

Responsibilities – Damage Assessment, Customer Interaction & Administration

  • Receive and welcome customers in a professional, inclusive manner
  • Conduct damage assessments and document damages digitally
  • Assess repair needs in dialogue with customers and insurance companies
  • Plan and schedule repairs together with the workshop team
  • Handle administration related to claims and customer flow
  • Follow up on cases and keep customers informed throughout the process
  • Collaborate with bodyworkers, painters, mechanics, and supervisors
  • Contribute to a positive work climate and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications & Experience – Damage Assessor/Customer Receptionist Werksta Linköping

  • Experience in customer service/customer reception, preferably within the automotive industry or workshop
  • Strong sense of service, quality, and customer interaction
  • Good administrative skills and familiar with digital documentation
  • Previous experience in damage assessment or insurance cases is an advantage
  • You thrive in a role with many contact points and varied tasks
  • Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented with a drive to develop
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and preferably English, both spoken and written
  • Driving license B is required
