Gullviveskolan is a school for grades 4-6 located in central Gislaved with approximately 400 students. The school is situated near the forest, which is frequently used in education. We are the "big school" that manages to create a sense of the "small school" with close access to everything.

Gullviveskolan is beautifully located right next to the forest, which offers many opportunities for both play and learning for all our school children. The school unit is divided into several school buildings scattered across the school grounds, which means that each grade and the after-school program have their own entrance and facilities for their activities.

Responsibilities

work with small student groups
adapt/find materials according to the student's needs
create a safe learning environment
build relationships with students and their guardians as well as colleagues at the school
close contact with EHT (the school's student health team)
support with homework help (afternoon Focus)
support in classroom instruction
support between lessons, for example in the cafeteria and during breaks

Qualifications

You who are applying are organized, structured, and have the ability to plan and analyze students' learning in an effective way that leads to desired results. You have the ability to adapt to the student you meet. It is advantageous if you have previously worked with students with NPF issues. We prefer that you have a post-secondary education, such as a teaching degree or as a behavioral scientist. We also accept applicants with education in social pedagogy, leisure leadership, support pedagogy, or similar.

Your role as an employee is deeply connected to your ability to collaborate and participate in your and the organization's development.
