As a requirements analyst, you will work in a cross-functional team alongside business experts, developers, and testers to drive projects forward.

You will receive support from experienced colleagues both within and outside the team, creating a solid foundation for success in the role.

Responsibilities

As a requirements analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and conducting workshops in larger groups.
• Creating flow and use case diagrams.
• Defining requirements, creating use cases, and domain models.

Your work is an important part of the team's collective mission, where high quality and an iterative work methodology are in focus.

Qualifications

Requirements:

The consultant should have strong knowledge and professional experience in:

• At least 9 years of experience as a requirements analyst in system development within complex organizations;
• Working with use cases and requirements models;
• Iterative working methods;
• Independently planning and conducting workshops with groups of up to 15 people;
• Understanding and creating UML diagrams (use case and sequence diagrams);
• Experience working according to BDD;
• Capturing and communicating user needs;
• Evaluating customer requirements and having a holistic view;
• Improvement work in complex organizations;
• Documentation and structuring of requirements;

Desirable:

• Experience with domain-driven design.
• Experience working with Enterprise Architect.
• Experience with Jira and/or Confluence.
• Working with multiple collaborating development teams.
• Ability to work on-site full-time throughout the assignment.

Conditions

Workplace: On-site at the client's office in Jönköping. (Some possibility for remote work exists)

Employment rate: 100%.

Period: February 2, 2025 – January 31, 2027

Working language: Swedish.
