About the position

As an on-call substitute, you will work with us when there is a need. During the summer, you will work on a schedule. We work with individual interventions where each client has their own implementation plan based on their individual needs. Your tasks are varied and may include daily activities with clients, helping clients with daily structure, care, serving food, and administering medication according to delegation.

The tasks may vary from day to day.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who wishes to make a difference in people's daily lives. You could be a retiree, a student, or someone looking for a fun and flexible job. We place great emphasis on personal suitability but would like you to have previous experience working within the LSS legislation. As a person, you feel secure in yourself and are flexible. You have good collaboration skills and find it easy to create relationships and alliances. You are available for work on both weekdays and weekends.

For this position, it is required that you:

- Have an interest in helping other people

- Have high availability

It is also meritorious if you:

- Have a B driver's license

- Have education in a relevant field

- Have experience working in care and nursing
