Are you a licensed nurse looking for a new and developing start in 2025? In the work towards good and close care, we are now continuing to take steps forward for the new care in Vaggeryd Municipality. Therefore, we are looking for more colleagues who want to help shape the future of care where our patients have more influence over their own care that takes place in or near the patient's home.

Job Responsibilities

Your tasks include mapping patients' needs for health and medical care measures as well as identifying and preventing risks in care. The work includes making assessments, implementing, and evaluating nursing measures. You will plan your workdays with great freedom, together with your colleagues and based on the needs of the organization. You will also play an important role in the guidance and training of nursing staff.

We work based on ESTHER, an approach that builds on collaboration between employees in care and social services in municipalities, health centers, and hospitals in Jönköping County. The question regarding the fictional person Esther, "What is best for Esther?" is used to create valuable collaboration with the common goal of making Esther's everyday life as good as possible.

We always start from Esther's needs, take advantage of our collective learning, and have trust and respect at all levels. This leads to improvements from Esther's perspective in and between our various functions.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. It is important that you have good computer skills and that you can express yourself well in both speech and writing.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We believe that you are a team player and that you see the whole picture around the patient with a professional and positive focus on care recipients. As a person, you are solution-focused, positive, and engaged. You have personal maturity and a sense of good service.

You are a good planner who can structure your work and adapt as needed. You also find it easy to familiarize yourself with new routines as well as new people. We can offer you a meaningful workday that develops and stimulates you.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.
