Are you studying to become a dental nurse and want to deepen your experience over the summer? Welcome to apply for a summer job with us at Folktandvården in Region Jönköping!

Develop together with us on your way to becoming a qualified dental nurse. With us, you will receive guidance and coaching, while also having the chance to spread your wings. It will be a summer full of opportunities!

Your future workplace

We offer you a summer job at one of our 26 clinics around the region, where you will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in dental care while receiving good guidance from experienced staff. We will agree together on which time period suits you. The role is available for those studying to become dental nurses.

At our clinics, all professions are equally important, and we work together to provide our patients, young and old, healthy and sick, with the best care we can offer. We learn from each other to continuously develop competence and quality, and we strive to stay updated on what is happening in dental care around us. We believe in individual responsibility for oneself and the group, and with a lot of laughter and humor, we have good tools for a positive social work environment.

Your profile

We are looking for someone studying to become a dental nurse and who wants to try summer work at one of our clinics. We believe you are curious and eager to learn new things.

In your daily work, you will meet patients of all ages and different backgrounds, so it is an advantage if you are interested and empathetic. We know that it is important to feel comfortable in your workplace, both for employees and patients. Therefore, good communication is an important part of your work in creating safety and participation at the clinic.

As a person, we believe you are confident, quality-conscious, and a true team player. We believe you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Our offer to you

The tasks will be adapted to your own knowledge and experience as a dental nurse student. With us, you will get to try working as a dental nurse and deepen your knowledge in dental care by, for example, assisting in treatment rooms, working in sterilization and reception. At some clinics, there is also the opportunity to work with preventive care.
