Your Future Position

You will have a unique opportunity to be part of building up the Staffing Unit and a team of staffing nurses within Region Jönköping County.

The position consists of consulting assignments in various areas of operation at both hospitals and health centers. Your tasks include the nursing duties and working methods used at the workplace where you are located. You will collaborate around the patient in a team with colleagues from different professions, aiming to provide good and safe care.

We Are Looking For

For these positions, we are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with the authority to operate within Swedish healthcare. You can be a general nurse or have some form of further education such as specialist training in intensive care, midwifery, or dialysis competence. We want you to have both long and broad experience within your profession.

If you have experience working in a staffing agency, this is a significant advantage, or perhaps you currently work at Ryhov and want to try another hospital. A driving license (B) is required as it will be necessary to move between our operations within the county.

• Maintain patient safety during vacancies, with staff who are both employed and work within RJL.
• Provide experienced nurses internally and externally with the opportunity to try different operations within the region for competence development.
