We are looking for a licensed nurse for daytime work to provide regular relief/short-term care and dementia unit in Forsheda.

We are looking for you as a licensed nurse/district nurse who wants to be part of the municipal home healthcare. Currently, we are seeking a nurse/district nurse who wants to work in our team that daily operates at Forsgården in Forsheda. There, we provide regular relief, short-term placements, and a dementia unit in close collaboration with home healthcare. The position is a daytime position.

Job Responsibilities

The work involves being responsible for health and medical care interventions at Forsgården and supporting home healthcare in case of absence. As the patient-responsible nurse, you need to ensure good care for the patient in close collaboration with other staff. The work includes, in addition to clinical work, providing advice and support to patients, relatives, and other personnel categories. We work in multiprofessional teams with a shared focus on the patient, where nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, unit managers, and nursing assistants are included.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or district nurse. As a person, you are secure and have the ability to create a positive climate. You are attentive and empathetic and find it easy to collaborate. You should be able to work independently, plan and make decisions, and organize your work. You need to be flexible and take an active responsibility for developing the organization, which we see as a natural part of your work. The position is daytime, Monday to Friday.
