We are looking for a registered nurse/district nurse who wants to be part of the municipal home care. Currently, we are seeking a nurse/district nurse to join our team that works daily in special housing.

Job Responsibilities

The work involves being responsible for health and medical care interventions at our special housing in Värnamo and Bredaryd and supporting home care. As a patient-responsible nurse, you need to ensure good care for the patient in close collaboration with other staff. The work includes, in addition to clinical work, providing advice and support to patients, relatives, and other personnel categories. We work in multiprofessional teams with a common focus on the patient, including nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, unit managers, and nursing assistants.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse or district nurse. As a person, you are secure and have the ability to create a positive climate. You are responsive and empathetic and have an easy time collaborating. You should be able to work independently, plan and make decisions, and organize your work.
