Are you an experienced requirements analyst with the ability to manage complex systems and work closely with cross-functional teams? About the role

As a requirements analyst, you will be an important part of a cross-functional team where you collaborate with business experts, developers, and testers to drive projects forward. You will work closely with other experienced colleagues who provide support and guidance both within and outside the team. The role requires a high degree of independence, structure, and analytical ability.

Responsibilities

– Plan and conduct workshops with groups of up to 15 people.

– Create flowcharts, use cases, and other requirement models to clarify project goals and processes.

– Capture and document user needs and requirements and ensure that they are understood and valued in a holistic view.

– Work iteratively to continuously improve requirements and solutions in a complex organization.

– Develop and document use cases and domain models.

– Improve and streamline requirements management processes in collaboration with development teams and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

– At least 9 years of experience as a requirements analyst in system development within complex organizations.

– Documented experience working with use cases and requirement models.

– Ability to identify and communicate user needs in a structured manner.

– Experience in evaluating requirements and seeing the big picture in a project context.

– Experience working with improvement initiatives in large and complex organizations.

– Ability to structure and document requirements clearly and effectively.

– Experience working iteratively and adapting requirements to changing needs.

– Independence in planning and leading workshops.

– Understanding and experience in creating UML diagrams, such as use cases and sequence diagrams.

– Experience working according to BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).

Desirable experiences

– Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

– Experience with tools like Enterprise Architect.

– Experience with tools like Jira and/or Confluence.

– Experience working with multiple collaborating development teams.

– Ability to work on-site full-time throughout the assignment.

Scope and work model

The assignment is full-time, with a combination of on-site work and partial remote work options.

The working language is Swedish.
