About the role

As a Customer Advisor, you will be an important contact point for the company's customers. You will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, chat, and web, and be responsible for providing advice and solutions in areas such as electricity networks, electricity trading, fiber, and district heating.
Your responsibilities include:

• Acting as a problem solver and advisor for customer inquiries and needs.
• Managing and driving cases from start to finish, including follow-up work.
• Working in multiple systems simultaneously, which requires good coordination skills (known as split vision).
• Developing relationships with existing customers and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Employment type and start date

You will be employed as a consultant at Barona and work on assignment for our client. The assignment starts on February 1 and runs until August 31, with the possibility of extension.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma and documented experience in service work.
• Is stress-resistant and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with many tasks at hand.
• Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems.
• Is independent, proactive, and driven to continuously develop your knowledge.
• Has an interest in energy and environmental issues (meritorious).
• Experience in the energy sector is a plus, but not a requirement.
