We are currently looking for a customer advisor in the energy sector on behalf of our client. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on 01-03-2025 and last until 31-08-2025.

About the assignment We are looking for a Customer Advisor for our client in Jönköping to their customer center, which is good at handling high inflow.

We are looking for a service-oriented person with a positive attitude, an advisor who can handle all customer contacts received via phone, email, chat, or web. This person is responsible for all utilities within the Electricity Network, Electricity Trading, Fiber, and District Heating.

Other: Start: 01-03-2025 End: 31-08-2025 Scope: Full-time Location: Jönköping

Security clearance: Our client has high demands on the consultant's security and confidentiality awareness. Security clearance and signing of a security protection agreement according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be conducted before the assignment agreement can be made valid. The assigned consultant must sign a PUB agreement.

A security clearance usually takes 10-15 working days to complete.

About you

Knowledge: Has high school qualifications. Extensive computer skills. Good at handling high inflow (stress-resistant). High operational activity as well as some administration and follow-up. Process existing customers and develop relationships.

Experience: Documented experience from working in service.

Meritorious: Experience in the energy sector is a plus but not a must. Positive if there is an interest in energy and environmental issues.

Independence: Can independently perform defined tasks, but has a great ability to drive oneself, take initiative, and a strong will/effectiveness. Be proactive in further developing one's own knowledge continuously, own drive to read up and develop oneself, as development occurs at a fast pace.
