Description

We are looking for a customer advisor for our client, an established player in the energy sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional service and managing a high influx of customer inquiries. You will be an important part of a team that works with advice and support in several areas, such as electricity networks, electricity trading, fiber, and district heating.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer contacts via phone, email, chat, and web.
• Provide advice and support in areas such as electricity networks, electricity trading, fiber, and district heating.
• Perform administrative tasks and ensure follow-up on inquiries.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers through proactive engagement.
• Deliver high-quality service even under time pressure and manage a high influx of inquiries.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma is required.
• Skills: Good computer skills and stress resilience.
• Experience: Documented experience in service work.

Meritorious

Experience in the energy sector is an advantage but not a requirement.
