Our ambition is to take Celsius to new heights! To succeed in our goal of increasing market share, Celsius needs to strengthen the sales team by recruiting more salespeople in the service trade.

In your role as a salesperson, you will be the face of Celsius and work to strengthen and build its brand. You will be responsible for Västergötland and work daily to create and nurture relationships, present campaigns, and suggest new ways to enhance our visibility. In addition to sales, your workdays will include needs analyses, budget work, and the implementation of various campaigns. To achieve our goals, you need to challenge yourself and your customers.

Employment with Celsius requires a successful background check, and we use Verifier's verification tools. We work with a competency-based selection process. If you meet the criteria above, the first step in the process will be to complete two tests; a problem-solving test (Matrigma) and a personality test (MAP). After that, we will make a first selection to proceed to an interview.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores and build strong relationships with store staff and managers
• Be responsible for presenting and selling Celsius
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable products based on their assortment and target audience.
• Manage product distribution, display, in-store campaigns, and activate local campaigns
• Follow up on sales results and report to management

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of salesperson, you need to have

• High school education
• Driver's license B
• Experience in sales within the FMCG sector (grocery trade or service trade)
• Negotiation experience in a retail environment
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in sales within the beverage or confectionery industry is an advantage
