Nordic Air & Sea Cargo (NAC) is a freight forwarding company and a sister company to GEODIS Sweden AB. NAC manages, as a member of several global networks, agent relationships with forwarders outside GEODIS's own network where we act as representatives for these agents in Sweden and Scandinavia.

About the positionAs a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for receiving and managing inquiries that cover transport needs for customers. NAC's primary business focuses on international transport within sea and air freight, but also road, warehousing, rail, and courier. You will work on finding the best solution, pricing, and driving the business all the way to completion. In this role, you will have regular international contacts with customers, colleagues, and agents within NAC's agent network.
Your tasks will include:
- Identifying customer needs and coordinating a service offering in line with this
- Regular contacts with our NAC agents
- Working to expand the number of agents
- Establishing and administering agent agreements
- Creating price lists for our NAC agents
- Actively working on customer care and providing our customers with the best service experience
- Compiling and handing over assignments to operational colleagues
The position is a permanent employment starting as agreed. The location is at our Jönköping office together with just over 25 colleagues - a great team with good camaraderie. Your profileWe are looking for someone with experience in sales and sales administration within the freight forwarding industry, especially in sea and air. It is advantageous to have worked with international business contacts and relationship building previously. In daily work, English is primarily used, but our internal communication is mostly in Swedish. Knowledge of delivery terms, purchasing terms, and customs is a plus, as well as having post-secondary education in logistics or freight forwarding.
The role suits you who have a business sense, actively identify new business opportunities, and create conditions for upselling. You are a relationship builder who develops and nurtures customer relationships to ensure we are the agents' obvious choice. You dare to take your own initiatives and decisions to win business, with good service and quality in focus. We also believe you are good at working in teams and care about good communication with both external and internal partners.
