Main areas of work

Trainee in store management according to New Yorker's concept
Co-responsible for sales, turnover, and inventory
Responsible for the daily operation of the store in the absence of management
Become familiar with and assist store management with sales administration such as key financial figures
Assist store management in development, training, and creating motivation within the team.
All tasks occurring in the store
Collaboration with other departments in a team-oriented New Yorker

Your profile

We prefer that you are over 18 years old
High school education and preferably higher education in management, economics, and/or trade and fashion
At least 1 year of work in retail and a talent for sales
Experience in sales and personnel administration and personnel management is a plus
Leadership skills and ability to coach your employees
Communicative, clear, and responsive
Driven, self-reliant, and structured
Committed and team-oriented
Flexible, stress-resistant, and comfortable working at a fast pace
High fashion awareness and preferably experience in the fashion industry
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, knowledge of German and Excel is a merit
