About youWe are looking for someone who naturally builds good relationships and is attentive and curious towards the customer's needs. You are skilled at creating added value for the customer and have the ability to maintain focus and a good mood even during more intense moments. Being a team player is essential for you, as delivering quality is a collective responsibility at each Holmgrens Hyrbil station.

A driver's license (B) is required for the position. Previous experience in working with people and customer service is preferred. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory. You communicate well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

About the jobAs a Car Rental Agent at Holmgrens Hyrbil, you will provide first-class customer service and sales in our car rental business.

ResponsibilitiesCreate an optimal customer experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities at each customer meeting Ensure that daily work and follow-up work contribute to Holmgrens Hyrbil's sales targets Conduct thorough physical inspections of incoming vehicles and ensure that damages are recorded and presented to the customer Washing and maintenance of rental cars

Day trips to our facilities may be required in the position.
