Skjutebo Kraft in Jönköping is a cheerful team that offers consulting services in comprehensive solutions for contracting, fiber, electrical power, and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. Together, they have several years of experience in the fiber/telecommunications industry and electrical power, and with quality, joy, and community, they work together to achieve the best results for their customers. They are now looking for an engaged salesperson to help drive business development and grow in the market.

The Challenge

In the role of technical sales project manager, you will combine new customer acquisition with the design of charging box installations. You will primarily work on building relationships with new customers but also manage and develop cooperation with existing customers. Furthermore, you will take over responsibility for existing framework agreement customers, partners, and suppliers. Your main target group is companies and housing associations, where you will book meetings to present and tailor solutions according to customers' needs and conditions.
• Actively work on new customer acquisition and identify business opportunities primarily among companies and housing associations.
• Design and customize charging solutions based on customers' needs and technical requirements.
• Develop existing customer relationships to ensure continued cooperation and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate internally with installation and support teams to ensure smooth and high-quality deliveries.
• Contribute market insights and continuously improve Skjutebo's sales strategy.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we believe you are proactive, structured, and have a strong ability to build trust with customers. You have a responsive attitude and the ability to identify customer needs while being solution-oriented and results-driven.

We also see that you have the following qualifications:

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably within energy or a similar industry.
• Knowledge of or interest in charging boxes and charging infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently and results-oriented with a drive to build customer relationships.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driving license B.

Preferred if...

  • Technical understanding and experience working with design, preferably within electrical or energy solutions.
  • Experience in selling charging boxes or installation solutions.
  • Previously worked with installation.
