Spring is just around the corner! Therefore, the Öxnehaga Management Area is looking for two colleagues who want to join the team responsible for the maintenance of green areas and outdoor environments.

If you are interested in working with us at Öxnehaga during the period from April to September, you will have a total of 35 colleagues with Anette as the management chief. In your immediate team, you will work alongside two colleagues where Marie Kyhlberg is the manager and your closest supervisor.

Main tasks for the position:

• Pruning of bushes and trees
• Lawn mowing
• Weeding
• Cleaning
• Designing plantings
• Some machine service
• Transport tasks
• Assist colleagues in their work when needed

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude towards and experience in practical work.

To succeed in this role, you should have completed high school education. It is an advantage if you have experience working with green areas, outdoor environments, and gardening. We also see it as beneficial to have experience with gardening machines and driving a tractor. A B driver's license is required for you to be able to travel around our various areas.

You need to have a good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written, with colleagues and tenants. If you also master other languages, we see that as an advantage.

You are a person who enjoys variety in your work, is good at planning and prioritizing your tasks with the ability to shift focus based on the needs of the business. You are humble, attentive, good at building trusting relationships, and contribute to a good working environment. Requirements
