About the Position

As a welding robot operator, you will be responsible for controlling and monitoring our clients' advanced welding robots in a dynamic and technically demanding environment. Your main tasks will include material handling, conducting thorough quality checks, and ensuring efficient and smooth production processes. With your keen eye for detail and technical expertise, you will ensure that the welds are of the highest strength and durability while managing any challenges that may arise during the work process.

About You

Formal Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a solid technical education in welding and at least two years of experience working with welding robots. You should have good knowledge of reading and understanding technical drawings and be proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Your ability to work meticulously and follow safety regulations is of utmost importance; forklift driving may occur, and therefore a forklift license A and B is required.

Preferred Qualifications

It is advantageous if you have experience in programming industrial robots and knowledge of advanced welding methods such as TIG or MIG welding. Additionally, if you have participated in projects focused on Lean methodology or have certifications in robotics technology, that would be a significant plus. A creative mindset for problem-solving and a desire to continuously develop and improve work processes make you particularly interesting to our client.
