We are now looking for summer substitutes for the summer of 2025 at Sjöhultsvägen's daily activities.

What do we do?At Nytida, you will meet people who have different needs for support and care. It is about supporting adults with disabilities or psychosocial issues. Together we cook, clean, go on trips, exercise, talk, and much more. We are looking for someone who wants to get to know, understand, and be a part of another person's life.

About Sjöhultsvägen's daily activities

Sjöhultsvägen's daily activities cater to adults with autism spectrum disorders, acquired brain injuries, and/or intellectual disabilities.

Our goal is to organize tasks and activities that are meaningful and stimulating for the participant. The daily activities should also contribute to giving the participant a sense of belonging. We base our work on what the participant is interested in doing and from their personal abilities to perform various tasks and participate in activities.

We work individually based on Nytida's framework for pedagogy (read more here >> (https://nytida.se/sa-jobbar-vi/nytidas-pedagogiska-ramverk/)) which is based on low-arousal responses, clarifying pedagogy, and alternative and augmentative communication (AAC).

Working hours: Monday-Friday 08.00-16.00. During the summer, it is desirable if you can work the entire summer period (weeks 26-33).

Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who are applying to us:

- are attracted to a job that is varied and requires extensive knowledge of care and support and enjoy meeting people in different situations. - are a creative person who dares to think independently and take responsibility. - enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.

We prefer that you are educated in the field and/or have worked for a few years in care, or are studying something in this area. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement.

A driver's license is a requirement.
