As a Customer Advisor for our client, you will be a key person in our customer center. Here, you will handle customer contacts via phone, email, chat, and web with a focus on creating positive experiences! You will be responsible for advising on electricity networks, electricity trading, fiber, and district heating – always with a high level of service and efficiency.

• Has completed high school education and is computer literate.
• Is stress-resistant and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Has documented experience in customer service.
• Is self-driven, proactive, and wants to develop personally.
• Has an interest or experience in energy and environmental issues.

Practical information:

• Assignment period: March 1, 2025 - August 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension
• Location: Jönköping
• Scope: Full-time 100%
• Working hours: 39h/week (Mon-Thu 8am-5pm) (Fri 8am-4pm)
