Assignment:

We are now looking for a customer advisor with a service mindset to handle incoming customer contacts for our client. This involves advising on electricity networks, electricity trading, fiber, and district heating.

The assignment is for 6 months with a possible extension.

Skills:

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• High school diploma.
• Computer proficiency.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Works in a structured manner.
• Likes to build relationships.

Experience:

Previous experience in service roles, preferably as a customer advisor or support staff.

Desirable:

Experience in the energy sector is a plus but not a requirement.
