REMONDIS is on a strong growth journey where we are purposefully investing in the Swedish recycling market, and therefore we are looking for a new colleague in sales who wants to help customers achieve their environmental goals.

Are you a driven and goal-oriented salesperson who loves challenges? We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, hungry, and fearless. You have a strong desire to achieve your goals and are not afraid to take initiative. With your sales experience, you are skilled at building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers. You have a natural ability to create trust and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Our focus is to develop REMONDIS into Sweden's best recycling company. Therefore, we are looking for a driven Account Manager who can lead our sales efforts with clear customer responsibility. You will discuss various development projects and build long-term relationships with companies, find new customer values, and create sustainable development for our customers. As an Account Manager in the East region, you will work across both Östergötland and Småland, and the position requires a high presence in the field.

Your main responsibilities are:• New customer acquisition. You actively contact potential customers and identify business opportunities• Analyze projects and define improvements• Be the customer's expert on recycling/environment• Budget and result responsibility for your customers• Build relationships and do business with new customers• Write value-creating offers and contracts• Be a resource in regional procurements

Requirements for the position:• Experience in B2B sales• B driver's license• Good computer skills• Very good communication in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Additionally, we would like you to have:• Experience in complex service sales• Experience in recycling or the process industry.• Post-secondary education in sales
