We divide our stores into the following departments: Sports, running and training - Children and leisure - Wilderness and weapons - Skis and bicycles – Workshop - Warehouse and logistics - Checkout.

As a cashier, you are responsible for the operations in the checkout department. You are also responsible for the marketplace - the area in front of the checkout and the entrance. We consider it very important to focus on creating good customer experiences. The team working at the checkout is the last point of contact for customers and an important part of their experience at XXL.

The responsibilities and tasks of the role are:

• Motivate the cashier team to create good customer experiences
• Optimize and follow up on the work in the checkout and ensure that we have good routines
• Handle any customer complaints
• Drive the checkout area to ensure customers are satisfied with their visit to the store.
• Provide the best service a customer can receive.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

• Are engaged and have good communication skills
• Are efficient and solution-oriented. You can quickly adapt to changes
• Are structured and organized

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience from a similar position in retail
• Good results in sales and customer service
• Master Swedish or a Scandinavian language, both written and spoken
