About the assignment and the person we are looking for

We are now looking for an HR Partner with strong expertise in labor law and compliance for an incredibly exciting international initiative within service and hospitality. Here, you will play a central role in building HR structures, routines, and policies from scratch, a perfect assignment for you who want to combine strategy and operational HR work.

The workplace is located north of Stockholm, but the role is primarily remote.

Start: Immediately · One-year consulting assignment.

About the role

You will work closely with management and support both strategic and operational issues. The focus is on creating sustainable HR processes that align with Swedish labor law while being adapted to an international context.

The work includes, among other things:

• Ensuring that HR processes comply with Swedish labor law and implementing collective agreements.
• Building routines around work environment, working conditions, and policies.
• Advising management and managers on HR and labor law issues.
• Support in the implementation of HR and recruitment systems.
• Active work with onboarding, compliance, and process development.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented HR profile who thrives in an environment where everything is not ready from the start. You are confident in taking initiative and establishing structure.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience as an HR partner in international/matrix organizations.
• Deep knowledge of labor law and compliance.
• Experience in building HR processes from the ground up.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
