We are looking for an HR Generalist on behalf of our client, a technology-oriented company in Gothenburg.

About the role of HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will primarily handle national HR issues. You will have an operational focus but will also have the opportunity to work strategically to develop and improve HR processes. The role requires you to be self-driven, structured, and proactive. The consultant role suits you if you thrive in an international and changing environment.

Responsibilities and tasks

You will be responsible for the entire employee journey (Employee Lifecycle Management) for employees at the headquarters in Sweden. Your tasks will primarily include:

• Recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Competence development and training.
• Rehabilitation processes and workplace environment issues.
• Support for managers in general HR matters.
• Ensuring that internal guidelines, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Participation in and implementation of HR projects and systems.
• Collaboration with union representatives as needed.
• Management of HR administration and reporting of personnel data and key figures.

Your profile – experience and skills

We are looking for someone who is business-oriented, relationship-building, and enjoys working broadly within HR. You have a good ability to work independently and appreciate a fast-paced environment.

We would like you to have:

• Several years of experience in broad HR work in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Swedish labor law and experience with rehabilitation cases.
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding.
• Post-secondary education in human resources, HR, or equivalent.
• Experience communicating with both employees and managers.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working in an international environment is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of labor relations and competence development is also a plus.

Additional information

Employment type: Temporary consulting assignment for 3-6 months with the possibility of extension.

Start: Upon agreement, preferably as soon as possible.

Scope: Full-time.
